We had the pleasure of stopping just for the restaurant and the welcome before and the food after were only 5 stars! The mixed cured meats taken as a starter and the artichokes would have been enough to understand that we were in the right place but when the first courses arrived with the crushed dumplings and the venison ragout tagliatelle we were sure of it! We often come to Brunico for the spa but now we will return to eat here again and then maybe even go to the spa!!!

Sono stato a cena in questo ristorante che si raggiunge passando tra i boschi. Dal pane fatto al dolce, tutto perfetto. L’ambiente è caldo e caratteristico ma ogni dettaglio ha un tocco di classe. Eccezionale il brodo di bue con i tortelli ripieni, ottimo il cervo ai mirtilli rossi, ma mangiato niente di simile in altri posti anche del luogo. Buonissime anche la tagliatelle al ragù di capriolo. Tavola apparecchiata come si deve. Servizio impeccabile. Peccato non essere del posto, ci tornerei almeno una volta a settimana.

Pranzo Abbiamo scelto il menu del giorno con antipasto(tris barbabietola e mousse di formaggio , primo ravioli di patate fatti in casa con ripieno di ricotta e l'erba cipollina, secondo noce di cerbiatto con crauti, polentina e purea di rafano e zucca, dolce mousse con panforte, tutto molto delizioso e curato. Anche le tagliatelle al ragù di capriolo erano molto buone. Era tutto molto ottimo deliziato con un panorama mozzafiato.

Tipico Tirolese con gran bella vista. La struttura e' bella ed offre varie sale per i commensali. Ottima cucina e servizio.

È il secondo anno che vado in vacanza nel Trentino e non può mancare il pernottamento in questo posto fantastico. Ottimo cibo e favolosa location.

23/03/2024: Sooooo delicious! The inside looks like some kind of Russian style, but, more likely, it is old Austrian - a lot of wood in the interior, hut walls, tapestry backs of the benches. A lot of the food is of territorial origin, straight from the mountains located just above and the fields just below the restaurant. Very authentic!!!! 5 points

03/04/2024: A little expensive but quality dishes....of course a 1 liter bottle of water costs 4.20 euros.....in the Alps it seems exaggerated to me
30/03/2024: Simply fantastic!! There are few restaurants where you eat divinely at a fair price. This is one of those..... I highly recommend ❤️👏 . Make a reservation because it is always full.
