Super refined and understated, dishes and combinations designed to satisfy, right quantities of food, neither too much nor too little. New aromas. Artichoke pie with gin sauce for example. Or amaretto with coffee sauce and cream. Wines well recommended by the sommelier to accompany a dinner to remember. Ad hoc vegetarian menu prepared specifically for me upon request, at the moment, and simply delicious, with local ingredients. Not to be missed in Reggio!

Every time I go to dinner with chef Fortunato Arico' it is always a pleasant experience, the dishes are truly delicious, with attention to detail and excellent taste, very tidy and attentive service, reasonable prices, I absolutely recommend it!!!

Number one in Reggio Calabria. If it were starred there would be nothing to complain about. The raw materials are excellent, the chef Fortunato who is also the owner is superlative in his dedication and professionalism. Super attentive and professional service!!

Ieri sono ritornato dopo anni all’”officina”. Ritrovo proposte di carpaccio di fassona e tagliata di fassona che ben conoscevo e che ho scelto nuovamente senza esitazione. Un buon contorno di funghi porcini fritti e verdura saltata hanno accompagnato la tagliata. Niente da dire. Qualità sempre ottima

Tartare e carpaccio di fassona buoni, un po’ meno la parmigiana (completamente fredda di frigo) ed il flan di zucchine. Pasta con aragosta insapore, discreto lo stocco. Camerieri gentili . Non tornerò
