Very pleasant experience. Impeccable service and varied menus. I would have liked an entirely vegetarian menu. We took two special tasting menus, they were plentiful and well executed, but unfortunately in most of the courses there was really too much salt, and this ruined the dinner a bit. Excellent dessert risotto!!

An excellent luxury restaurant with affordable prices, the best I have found in the price range between €50-60/person, also because you eat really a lot and well, the pleasant and friendly service, choice between 3 tasting menus + 1, and it is allowed also ask for variations on the dishes, the desserts are delicious even if with a limited choice. The only negative note is the furnishings and the slightly neglected environment, many details, to be reviewed, Armando, some advice ask your partner for an accurate and critical visit!

Excellent restaurant where you can experience particular and refined tastes. They offer 3 tasting itineraries (different every month) or you can opt for individual dishes. I recommend a place of this type to those who want to experiment with something beyond the norm (e.g. In one dish there was a cocoa brioche bread with livers), so it's not for everyone. The staff were very kind and professional, even in recommending the wine to pair with (especially for those who are ignorant on the subject like me). The environment is very nice, all olive tree themed. As for prices, obviously you pay for quality, not expensive for its range, but obviously compared to the classic ordinary restaurant we are on very different figures.

Prtima qualità, servizio impeccabile e prezzo onesto. Abbiamo apprezzato l'ottima qualità del cibo, vario e mai banale. Disponibilità anche ad accontentare i gusti dei più piccoli. Merita una menzione a parte il loro pane fatto in casa.. fantastico! Il conto è proporzionato alla qualità offerta.

Su invito di amici ci siamo addentrati nella piana dell'Arno, verso San Miniato. Un ristorante, non un'osteria: servizio ottimo, location interna molto piacevole, cucina eccellente. E' una cucina gourmet ma, finalmente, qualcuno che non lesina sulla quantità; si arriva alla fine sazi. La formula è quella dei menù-degustazione: terra o mare, ma si può ordinare anche alla carta. La mia compagnia si è divisa la scelta, io ho preso il menù terra e devo dire che è superiore a quello di mare. Come al solito ci sono stati gli assaggi fra i vari amici commensali e quello di mare l'ho trovato con sapori un po' troppo pungenti (nelle linguine il crudo e lo zenzero sovrastavano gli altri sapori, l'ombrina pil pil al katsuobushi un pò osè). Nel menù terra, invece, ottima la lingua in tempura, buono il tagliolino cotto nel brodo di galletto condito con pulled cicken e crema di Parmigiano (forse meglio un po' meno parmigiano), buonissimo l'"arrosto misto" (tagli di maiale "stratificati") con cime di rapa e fagioli all'uccelletto (sorpresa, sono frullati!). Dessert, qualcuno sì, qualcuno nì. Veramente un buon menù. Cantina molto fornita e per tutte le tasche.

Very nice place, welcoming, all the staff super helpful, light and soft music. The dishes are marvelous and you have a culinary experience out of the ordinary. Absolutely one of my favorite places!

Quiet environment, I had a Sunday lunch, everyone was satisfied with my choice.
