Orso Grigio In Ronzone

I highly recommend Villa Orso Grigio, the room was very clean well kept at all times and the bed was very comfortable. The location is awesome, excellent place to stay. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was just amazing, what else do you need? Everything was perfect, It couldn’t have been better. Will definitely come again to this place.

My husband and I we booked a room for our Anniversary and this place is so beyond what we had in mind/expected. They go above and beyond.Endless wine selection to chose from. The food was something out of it this world,and the service not to mention. Rooms very clean and the look was so very cozy and home like feeling. Spa was truly amazing and couldn’t get enough of it. The view was gorgeous and something you can easily sink in and just lose track of time.Easily transports you. Our complements to the amazing Chef. We are speechless when it comes to this place. It’s a MUST. They truly go Above and Beyond in every area/department. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back for more. Thank you Villa Orso Grigio.

Location stupenda. Menù ricercato,pensato,eseguito al top. Materia prima eccelente personale discreto,attento gentile. Wow una domenica meravigliosa .Quando trovi un posto cosi,bello,rilassante è in più cucina gourmet non si può chiedere di più. Sono stata consigliata da una amica ,aveva ragione quando mi disse :ti piacerà. Per non parlare della carta vini,eccelenze del territorio è più 😃 Ve lo consiglio,ne vale la pena. I soldi vanno e vengono,ma le emozioni che questo posto vi darà resteranno sempre con voi .....

A pearl in the Non Valley. We came across this wonderful little hotel and restaurant by chance. The hotel has 10 wonderfully clean rooms/suites and upon arrival we were kindly upgraded to a suite with a whirlpool on the terrace, which was beautifully furnished in the style of old times. (Suite Palco Floreale) The villa has been around for a few years, but that doesn't detract from its charm. The staff was always absolutely friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, which is tip top. The absolute surprise was the restaurant, we read in the reviews that the food was good, but I didn't know that an Italian "star chef" like Christian Bertol, who has a Michelin star, was cooking there. We have already been to several South Tyrolean 5 star hotels, the food was always very good. But what Christian and his brother Renzo delivered there was simply awesome. For us it was the best meal we were ever able to enjoy on both evenings. The icing on the cake was a quick visit from the chef to our table, thank you again for that. The breakfast was also excellent, the table was already set with the most important things like (bread, jam, fruit, butter,...) and you could order whatever you wanted from the menu from the very nice waitress (wonderful mixed sausage, fried eggs, ...) and everything was brought to the table warm and completely fresh. With a few exceptions, everything on the menu is included in the breakfast price. No hectic fights at the buffet with 20 others, that was a real relief. The journey over the Gampen Pass in the dark and a trip to Bolzano where we went over the Mendel Pass twice rounded off our experience ;) We'd love to come back.

Staff is amazing - the nicest people on earth, highly professional, and they make you feel like you're part of the family. We booked the basic room for 2 nights, but got upgraded to a Junior Suite with indoor Whirlpool, Sauna and beautifully decorated wooden floor - which we extended to 5 days. When whirlpool had a minor issue, we got upgraded again to an even bigger suite, with outdoor whirlpool and indoor Hamam. Breakfast in a dedicated room, or brought to the suite. They have an outstanding wine cellar underneath the normal basement - ask for a tour or tasting. The backyard offers a small park with water bassins, pavillons and various cosy hangout corners. The area itself is quite calm, but within 30-45 min you reach Meran, Bolzano, various castles, wineries etc. We enjoyed it during February, probably in spring/ summer/ autumn it's even better. Highly recommend!

Grizzly bear is always a guarantee. Stunning rooms, very kind staff, super aperitif and gourmet dinner... not to mention breakfast in the room. One night and you regenerate.
