23/03/2024: Eating here has been my regular weekly appointment for several years now: a bit like brushing your teeth in the evening before going to sleep. The place has undergone several renovations since it opened, the most important and positive certainly since the arrival of the new manager Cristina. It's a shame to see an average of only 4 stars for this restaurant due to bad reviews from previous managements (over 4 years ago). If we only calculated the reviews of the last 3 years, it would have the highest average in the Biella area: in fact, in my opinion it is the best all you can eat in Biella. No more nonsense, to order here you will find tablets (the first Chinese restaurant in Biella to introduce them), very useful both for being able to see through images what to expect at the table (especially those who are not frequenters of oriental cuisine) and for no longer having the nightmare of waiting for a dish that never arrives or finding something you didn't order. The quality of the food is excellent for an all you can eat, the fish is fresh and all the dishes you order arrive at the table freshly cooked (including the tempura which is essential for being crunchy). The waitress Mariana is the best: if you are a frequenter she usually brings you what you ask for without even having to ask her (for example ginger, wasabi and various condiments), while the other waitresses have some gaps due more to their language. The furnishings of the rooms are characteristic (red prevails over everything) and the cleanliness of the bathroom is a positive note (when you enter you always smell the scent of disinfectant). Parking is not a problem because in addition to the many spaces available on the street, they have reserved parking behind them (at least 20 spaces). Lately prices have increased a bit (due to water no longer being included in the fixed menu), but on the other hand they have also felt the price increases. If I have to nitpick, some dishes can only be ordered once (around 5). All my friends who I brought to try, since that day have changed sushi "supplier" in Biella and come here. 16/03/2024: the food is quite good, shame about the increased price
