I went to this tavern recommended by a friend, the service was as excellent as the wine offered. Refined and particular food, high level presentation. The price isn't cheap, but it's okay!

I returned to this (tavern) after some time and found it to be as good as I remembered it. Very good dishes from start to finish. The desserts are not only good but spacey. If you don't believe me, try the chocolate passatelli and then we'll talk about it. FANTASTIC. Please continue like this.

Cena in compagnia di colleghi per una serata a Imola. Ho preso un ottimo risotto con barbabietola e per finire un buon dolce con crema al mascarpone. Consigliato

Locale elegante ed accogliente, personale gentile e cordiale. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del cibo, capesante davvero buone e altrettanto il filetto. Anche la scelta dei vini è stata di nostro gusto. Torneremo per assaggiare altre prelibatezze

Il miglior ristorante di Imola. E di tante altre città. Qualità 10. Prezzo molto buono: considerando la qualità di TUTTO, dal servizio al cibo, il prezzo è buono.

Una conferma!!!! Cenare a Callegherie è sempre un’ottima esperienza. Proposte extra menù interessanti ed eccellenti. Manca la foto del mio dolce, una sfera di cioccolato bianco con il cuore di liquirizia con salsa allo zafferano. Ottimo!!! Anche l’abbinamento con i vini proposti da Leonardo. Bravi 👏

02/04/2024: Small but welcoming place where you can have a quick lunch. The dishes are strictly ORGANIC, vegan and freshly prepared. I must say everything was excellent: finally vegetables that were crunchy and not mushy from incorrect cooking, distinct flavors and not suffocated by handfuls of turmeric, the search for non-obvious combinations and, last but not least, the smiling and kind owners. I will definitely come back.

Trattoria Da Carlet

29/03/2024: It is the best restaurant in Monghidoro. I highly recommend it. Gaetano the owner, a very competent and friendly person, provides excellent gastronomic advice. It's definitely worth trying.
03/02/2024: SPECTACULAR! The truffle fondue is atomic, the potato and truffle tortelloni are nuclear and the mustard and brandy tagliatelle is amazing. Your taste buds will wave!! Gaetano's courtesy and competence are priceless, Raffaella and Arcadia's mastery are beyond compare. Always a safety! 3\02\24 I've been going to Carlet for 14 years, never disappointed, safe.
