More than 1 month has passed since our dinner, a beautiful evening, excellent food, well served, friendliness and competence in the service, with a lovely conversation with the chef at the end of the evening. The dinner had a fixed fish menu which from the aperitif to the starter to the dessert was impeccable with a fantastic balance of flavours, the request for an encore of the first course was also very welcome. I gave 4 stars because given the quality of the food, an important wine list and a classy restaurant price, it has a location stuck in the 90s, at least the bathrooms should be redone and the plastic doors replaced. Advised.

Typical tavern, found by chance. We tried the Panissa, for me it was the first time, what can I say: sublime! Truly a great place to step back in time. Highly recommended! Traditional menu but revised with a modern eye.

E’ stata una vera esperienza sensoriale, cibi raffinati e sapientemente abbinati con salse e contorni 0ttima la pasticceria.

Osteria non tanto pubblicizzata...location rustica ma raffinata....un menù unico ed esaltante....sapori ben accostati e piatti ben presentati....una piacevole scoperta.....assolutamente da provare se si è in zona....complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff

Esperienza fantastica in qual di Borgo Vercelli in una zona insospettabile. La location da fuori sembra una abitazione privata , e ad accoglierci un personaggio simpatico e di una professionalità estrema. Subito noto al banco del bar alcune bottiglie di liquori vari molto particolari e ricercate , dal valore di mercato veramente importante. In quattro abbiamo optato per due portate a testa più il dolce finale Io personalmente ho optato per gnocchi di riso e la trippa .., gli altri hanno optato chi per selezione di formaggi e chi per il pesce. Tutti i piatti ottimamente curati e preparati sia per contenuto che per presentazione. Ottimo anche il nebbiolo proposto per l’accompagnamento. A chiudere caffè e amaro di erbe mooooolto ricercato che ha completato questa fantastica esperienza. Se capitate da queste parti , merita veramente tanto.
