A decidedly famous tavern, very renowned in the area. Cozy, simple and tastefully furnished place: the acoustic soundproofing work on the ceiling is very interesting, which allows normal conversation even when the room is full. The dishes are simply exquisite, between traditional cuisine and new proposals. The carbonara is unmissable, a true must of the place. A tavern definitely worth recommending.

Siamo stati con un gruppo di amici di mercoledì a pranzo malgrado il giorno feriale il ristorante era pieno. Non tornavamo da una quindicina di Anni ma Siamo andati sul sicuro con i primi i classici Carbonara e Amatriciana In memoria del grande ex proprietario Mario Corridore letteralmente erano Fantastici. Per secondo salsicce grigliate con patate al forno e girello e per finire un ottima crostata con ricotta e cioccolato.... Tutto veramente delizioso Il Posto è veramente carino rimodernato il personale simpatico competente e il servizio velocissimo e prezzo competitivo voto 10

Tipica trattoria con cucina casereccia a pochi km da L' Aquila. Abbiamo optato per una carbonara "la Mario" da dividere, pallotte cacio e ova e un cosciotto di agnello disossato e arrotolato, cotto prima a bassa temperatura e poi passato alla piastra a fette. Si scioglieva in bocca. Fine pasto ovviamente accompagnato dalla genziana, bevanda digestiva tipica abruzzese. Servizio professionale e ambiente piacevole. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
