As soon as we entered we were enveloped by a typical scent of Lombard homes on Sunday morning, the scent of roast meat, ragù, a beautiful sensation, beautiful memories. Really tasty lunch, mixed starter of cured meats, pisarei with amazing ragù and two second courses, stuffed guinea fowl and Fassona tartare, two glasses of wine, total expense, perhaps a little high, 98 euros.

A little annoying atmosphere when the place is full. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Some dishes were very successful, others needed to be corrected. Too many desserts.

Excellent dinner. Abundant, quality portions without weighing you down. Kind and attentive service. Nice and well kept place but a little too noisy. I don't give 5 stars for the bathroom.

Trattasi di un ristorante sito nella prima periferia della città, che offre piatti tipici della tradizione mantovana. Personalmente ho avuto modo di apprezzare il riso alla pilota, il guancialetto di maiale su letto di cipolla caramellata e chips di patate e come dessert l'imponente budino al cioccolato con crema zabaione.
Ogni presentazione dei piatti è stata eccellente e la qualità degli ingredienti si è rivelata decisamente alta. Il locale in sé non è molto ampio, ragion per cui è bene prenotare per tempo.
Consigliatissimo per chi è di passaggio in quel di Mantova.

Locale tradizionale consigliato da colleghi di lavoro: menù vario che ricomprende piatti tipici della tradizione. Molto buoni i ravioli di zucca e anche gli affettati serviti con varie mostarde. Da provare
