The restaurant was full, they offered us to sit at an outdoor table. Since the evening was sweet we accepted and had a good time, with a view of the square and the large grill. Later we sat inside, very pleasant with rustic style.
We tasted several dishes, all delicious: anolini in broth, cold cuts and truly remarkable 30-month parmesan, guanciotto, tender and tasty.
Even the dessert convinced us.

Osteria attached to the center of Parma, a menu full of typical dishes with obviously Km0 raw materials.
Rustic-inspired environment with a large stone basin as a sink in the bathroom. The impression is that of eating in a farmhouse in the countryside, truly evocative.
Food restrictions:
The cured meats and especially the parmesan triptych are surprising (a course that must be ordered).
Exceptional salami, an excellent culatello and a truly remarkable coppa. Ham... oh well... needless to say, amazing!
Extremely varied first courses but, I must say, at least for the ravioli the portion is a little small.
Let's move on to the local specialty which is meat.
The external grill on which part of the dishes are prepared is suggestive,
It's a bit sad to see so many foreign cuts in a place so focused on Italian tradition, apart from this... I personally ordered "la cartridge" which is nothing other than an impressive rack of Emilian pork ribs cooked to perfection, tasty, creamy , well spiced...a pleasure! I asked to hug the chef but there was no opportunity, unfortunately!
For a table with various starters, 3 bottles of house red, a main course each, coffee and dessert around €50 per head.
I think it's a good idea to book in advance, but it's a stop I would recommend, planning a BEAUTIFUL walk afterwards!!

Truly a great dinner. Warm, well-kept environment. A service worthy of Emilian hospitality. Excellent menu with fresh and typically Emilian quality products. Little to add except that we will certainly return if we are in the area. Highly recommended!

Characteristic osteria par excellence: even though I had lunch on a Sunday and the place was packed with people, the dishes arrived without long waits. Furthermore, an appetizer offered on the house: wood-fired bread and a piece of salami. Fried pie and exceptional cured meats, homemade pasta, excellent wine. What can I say, a wonderful experience.
Dispassionate advice: book at least 5/6 days in advance otherwise you won't find a place!

Caratteristico locale del centro, arredato con gusto. Bel dehor. Servizio celere e molto cordiale. Piatti essenzialmente del territorio ben cucinati ed altrettanto ben presentati. Superlativa la qualità, notevoli le quantità presentate. Ampia lista vini con rappresentanze di tutte le regioni. Originale l’idea di presentare a parte del menu il facsimile di un passaporto con le caratteristiche di diversi piatti di carne. Abbiamo pranzato veramente bene. Di livello i maltagliati antichi sapori. Prezzi onesti. Torneremo sicuramente.
