Very nice and well-kept place, very helpful owner and staff, very knowledgeable and super kind. Great attention also for children Excellent menu and excellent wine list too. Everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert! We will definitely be back!! Absolutely recommended.

Venendo da Napoli ho chiesto in hotel se potevo trovare a Pistoia un locale ove mangiare del pesce. Mi hanno risposto con uno sguardo allucinato: praticamente da nessuna parte ! E invece ti trovo ad appena pochi metri dalla mia residenza questo localino moderno e gradevole dove la cordialità la fa da padrone. Ho mangiato bene, bevuto bene servito bene in allegria e spensieratezza il tutto con un tono di classe iniziando con uno splendido spritz. Complimenti e ad maiora in attesa di un mio ritorno.

Eravamo già stati qui un anno fa, e ci siamo tornati decidendo all'ultimo momento di fermarci a Pistoia. Non siamo rimasti delusi nemmeno questa volta: grande attenzione al cliente, piatti con una base di tradizione Toscana, con qualche rivisitazione, preparati con cura. Ambiente accogliente e molta cura del cliente. Oltre alla qualità del cibo per noi merita 5 stelle perché ci siamo sentiti coccolati.

Ristorante ricercato con piatti particolari, attenti alla materia prima. Lingua e diaframma eccezionali. Oste magnifico, ha saputo abbinare ad ogni piatto dei vini buonissimi. Una vera esperienza culinaria. Consigliatissimo!!!
