I was there for the first time for a dinner.... very nice place, excellent service and good food (fabulous appetizers, delicious risotto and what can I say about the rose cake with cream)

A plate of amazing conchiglioni with castelmagno and Bianchetto truffle. Succulent snails bourguignonne. What else to write? Right service and tavern environment that is not afraid of the right elegance. The value that can be defined as honest is an understatement. Well done, well done; Michelin's "gourmand" mention is well deserved.

Very high level on all fronts. Unbeatable price quality, very honest. The only very small and superfluous flaw: the acoustics are a little intrusive but it couldn't be otherwise given the shape of the ceilings and the full house in the room. Very good to say the least

Ogni volta con piacere constato la crescita di questo locale collocato in un piccolo paese della campagna cremonese. La cura della materia prima, la lavorazione dei prodotti, la qualità del servizio sono tappe di un processo di crescita che sta riscuotendo plausi sempre più convinti, confermati dalle nutrite presenze di clienti anche a pranzo, quando con 25 euro si può gustare un "menu da lavoro" di ottimo livello. Le radici sono nella ricca cucina cremonese dove anche un minestrone può diventare un'esplosione di gusto se preparato a regola d'arte. I salumi sono buoni, tortelli, risotti, carne, pesce, tutto viene reinterpretato con un tocco di modernità.

Cenone di San Silvestro ottimo, con piatti curati e studiati anche nelle porzioni. Musica dal vivo non invasiva, ma gradevole sia nel volume che nel genere musicale. Personale simpatico, disponibile, attento e professionale. Un applauso alla cucina!!!
