Excellent location in the heart of the city where you can hear the prayers of the old seminarians in the distance and of a local Church that has made history. St. Pius V and St. Charles Borromeo were Bishops here. And where a high-profile cuisine, led by an excellent team, has found its home. It's worth the trip. Mario

Delicious appetizer, superb roast suckling pig accompanied by excellent Sardinian wines, seadas with strawberry tree honey, myrtle etc. The quality and rarity of the food justify a per capita expense that is not exactly economical.

I have lived in Germany for many years and always return to Italy. I visited Nepi and ate at Osteria del Seminario. Excellent lunch, quiet and picturesque surroundings. All of the gastronomic courses were truly outstanding. Sardinian chef and Nepi's hospitality: perfect combination!

Found it by chance, we were hungry and it was a heavenly experience. We started with a "Pastore tziu canneddu" platter which we obviously had no idea what it was and it was one of the best land starters I have ever tried. A perfect choice of pecorino to be enjoyed with pecorino cream, myrtle mustard, spicy honey etc. beautiful to look at and excellent to eat. The pasta arrived shortly after we had finished. We took the Cappelli di Prete which I wholeheartedly recommend because they pair perfectly with the starter. I don't drink alcohol, but my partner had half a liter of red house wine and found it ok. For dessert, Lucrezia's apple and white Suppai del Seminario. A must-try place if you come to Nepi. Money really well spent. We will be back soon to try other dishes. Impeccable service and a great cook.

My family and I booked a dinner at this restaurant in Nepi, in an easy to reach location and away from the noise of traffic or the city center. As soon as you enter the restaurant you are immediately greeted by a warm, genuine and familiar atmosphere. The staff is very kind and friendly, always smiling, who makes you feel at home and is always available to answer any questions about the dishes. The portions are generous, starting from the cutting board which we will definitely return to! very tasty dishes, we recommend the priest's hats, with that spectacular cream!! We will be back soon

Spectacular!! The right meeting between Sardinian and Viterbo cuisine.... Phenomenal cuisine... Generous portions, kindness of the managers and wonderful tastes. A gem: ask for the coffee... It will come with the mocha... What a spectacle!!! There were more places like this!!! Truly recommended!!! Well done to the owners!!!

Ristorante consigliatissimo, i titolari ospitali e simpatici, lei in cucina a vista che prepara degli incredibili manicaretti, lui che fa gli onori di casa, ambiente accogliente e vintage, ti fanno sentire a casa. Ci siamo stati portati da amici che ringrazio per averci fatto conoscere un ristorante che ti fa sentire in Sardegna con i piatti caratteristici e buonissimi

L'osteria del seminario sa essere accogliente già al suo ingresso. Un locale arredato con tanti oggetti vintage che ti fanno sentire a casa, la casa di una volta. Il menù è ricco di offerte della cucina sarda abbinate a specialità scelte del territorio locale. La presentazione dei piatti è sempre affascinante. Nel nostro caso abbiamo preso un antipasto di formaggi e salumi. La varietà di sapori era ricchissima. Dalle creme di pecorino al miele è confetture, alle bruschette con degli straordinari pomodorini confit, ai cannoli di pane carasau con verdure. Ottimi i primi piatti. I secondi di carne ci hanno lasciato una gran soddisfazione. Dallo stracotto al porceddu veramente eccezionale. Gustosi i contorni. Ottimi i dolci accompagnati da un buon caffè di moka e per chiudere un Mirto della casa. Carta dei vini molto ricca, nel nostro caso la scelta su un Vermentino. Da Sandra E Gianni, non è un pranzo ma un viaggio nella Sardegna a Nepi. Cordiali e disponibili sanno essere speciali.

When I pass, I can't help but greet a King of hospitality: Michele with his Queen: Donatella and the prince: Antonio Riccardo. As soon as you enter you are already at home, you immediately feel at ease and reassured by the ambience of the premises which to define as welcoming is an understatement. The relics of everyday life from a few years ago, which you find carefully scattered throughout the rooms, catapult you back in time, your memory investigates and the memories of your life resurface... magical place "When I can"... Excellent for a quick stop for an aperitif or a snack, but also for a dinner with friends. The dishes: all refined specialities, served with care and described in detail. The drinks, from 0° to spirits: only of high quality and are offered immediately if you stop at the table. And I do it comfortably, "when I can".
