Locale accogliente con personale molto cordiale, simpatico e preparato, in grado di instaurare da subito il giusto rapporto di empatia. La cucina è moderna ispirata al passato riproponendo piatti tipici di antiche tradizioni aggiornate al giorno d'oggi. Prezzo coerente con l'offerta. Particolarmente apprezzato i piatti inaspettati di anticipo all'antipasto ed ai dolci. Dovetti tra l'altro che accompagnano il caffè e l'amaro anch'essi offerti. Complimenti per l'accoglienza... Torneremo sicuramente

Era tanto che mangiavo così bene in un ristorante. Cenare e sentire davvero i sapori: una esperienza quasi dimenticata. Piatti curati ma non esageratamente sofisticati. Gusti della tradizione sapientemente rivisitati. Veramente bravi. Lo consiglio caldamente

What a find, it was an overcast day in Follonica so we decided to find a spot in the hills, just a roam around and ended up in Suvereto. It was after midday and getting hungry, so we started to look around and just under the castle, there's this Osteria which wasn't as yet ready for service, I loved the wooden tables and so on instinct decided to dine there. We reserved a table and went back an hour later. Wow and then again wow, the food was delicious, the wine fabulous , home made bread and grissini, my husband had the melanzana as a first, I had the 3 anchovies. As a second pasta all home made.
