Small tavern with bold and millesimal cuisine in the details and quality of the ingredients. Damiano and Giorgia offer a solid meat menu, with tempting options also for vegetarians and vegans. The Turkish egg and the fried rabbit are excellent, accompanied by an emulsion of peppers and mayonnaise which couldn't be more suitable for boosting acid notes; The buffalo cardoon parmigiana is delicious, with a sauce that reflects every minute of the meticulous care with which it was prepared. The side dish of cabbage and potatoes, which I chose because I am a lover of vegetables but without high expectations, amazed me with the aromas and goodness of the potatoes. The wines offered are excellent. We tried two glasses of I love supreme and a Cepparosso which were recommended to us by the amazing Damiano, who was able to immediately identify our tastes. A small tavern where you feel welcomed by a group of friends, in the heart of a historic center that rarely offers these peaks of creativity and research.

A pranzo dopo una visita a Foligno. Locale molto ben arredato e sistemato .I piatti ben fatti e curati con materie prime di ottima qualità.personale gentile cortese e preparato. Mi dispiace non aver assaggiato i vini ma dovevo guidare… complimenti bravi da provare
