Inn with typical Tuscan cuisine. All the dishes were spectacular and the wine was superb. Truly recommended.

Divinely eaten on Easter day. The quality of the food was excellent and the presentation was equally excellent, and the wine was also excellent. Characteristic restaurant in the village of Rosignano Marittimo. Highly recommended!

I can confirm that I have never eaten such a tender and good Florentine steak! We discovered this place purely by chance because we wanted a good steak. Our attention immediately fell on the Florentine steaks of those around us and we wanted to eat one. Since then it has become our favorite restaurant if we want to eat an excellent Florentine steak. I want to point out that everything is delicious! Starting from the appetizers and ending with the desserts, without skipping the house wine! Thanks Letizia and Raffaele!!!

Locanda il Sigillo was an excellent surprise! We discovered this lovely restaurant despite being from the area. Exquisite dishes, from starters to first courses and second courses, all very tasty, rich in flavour, well-plated dishes and also generous portions! And the nice thing is that you still come away not weighed down. Delicate cuisine. The quality of the food was chosen carefully and from selected suppliers, the meat in particular, and the house wine with a hint of cherry was also excellent. The owner looked after us carefully, was very kind and convivial, giving us stories of life. The restaurant then recalls the peasant life of the past, well renovated, preserving the originality of the past. Furthermore, it is located in the upper part of Rosignano Marittimo and allows you to have a wonderful view of the sea. With yesterday's beautiful sunny day it was perfection!

Very nice clean rooms with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom with lovely shower. There is a good restaurant where the owner even goes into his own wine cellar to bring out a nice bottle. His wife cooks really well! Cozy restaurant where local people also like to eat (so make a reservation) because they hang out with their legs. Highly recommended to stay and eat there. So hospitable and neat.

il ristorante si trova nel borgo antico del paese in quelle che prime erano delle stalle. locale rustico ma con carattere, custodisce l'immagine di tempi che furono. abbiamo scelto il menu bistecca che prevede crostini assortiti, bistecca da 1 - 1,2kg, patate arrosto e fagioli/ceci, mezzo di bolgheri e acqua. i crostini sono saporiti e propongono 5 alternative differenti; la bistecca di vacca vecchia (la razza dell'animale) si presenta cotta bene, tenera e gustosa; le patate arrosto sono nella media, secondo contorno attesi fagioli sono arrivati ceci, poco male. il bolgheri si accompagna bene alla carne. un commento sul servizio, porgere la carne su taglieri di legno è una pratica ormai superata da comuni canoni d'igiene. il menù fisso costa 45€/pex

Bel posticino dove mangiare piatti di terra buoni , locale piccolo e accogliente . Ho mangiato davvero bene consiglio a tutti
