Wonderful country resort! A small private village with a tavern. Different types of rooms, I love the vinegar factory. Modern and welcoming, beautiful view, fireplace. Two hundred meters away is the restaurant. Exceptional. With fireplace room for smoking. Various possibilities for leisure and tours. Very kind and welcoming.

We ate very well, even for breakfast. The stay is also recommended, characteristic houses of the place, very relaxing.

I was here for dinner. We were very happy with the friendly and non-invasive service. The cuisine is excellent, although at the same time very classic. Here you will not find highly experimental dishes, but classics revisited to make them truly special. The price of the tasting is definitely good given the large quantity of delicacies we ate.

I had been planning this trip to Friuli for several years and a friend recommended La Subida, where he said he always stays. Our stay was amazing: the care, details, uniqueness and beauty of everything they do is truly inspired and inspiring. Our cottage was split-level, backing up to the vinegar house. We ate at both the cafe and the more formal restaurant and were really impressed with each course and the wines offered are superb. Sitting out on our back patio backing up to the trails and vineyards was beautiful and it is so peaceful there. If you go, you will want to stay longer than you booked. It is a very special place. It makes you appreciate everything more to be there. We felt lucky to have had it recommended. A highlight of our trip. It is a little bit magical.

Location molto suggestiva , ambiente curato discreto ed elegante . Personale molto attento e preciso . Menu degustazione azzeccato per location e stagionalità dei prodotti . Un ringraziamento al sommelier/proprietario per la scelta dei vini ( compreso quella take away ;)

Il cibo era buono materie prime discretamente locali ma in rapporto al prezzo chiesto siamo decisamente fuori onestà. Il prezzo è da ristorante di prima classe ma la location della qualità del cibo non lo sono altrettanto.... Purtroppo anche qui si è persa la caratteristica rustica della produzione collinare fatta di semplicità tradizione abbondanza e qualità top fresca e locale, persa in nome del mero denaro giustificando con un aggiustamento esterno è un macabro teatrino di animali imbalsamati apparentemente felici di stare seduti a tavola per un loro matrimonio ovviamente pare esorcizzare il senso di colpa di chi ammazza questi animali per guadagnare il solito di denaro... Diciamo che sarebbe di più buon gusto evitare un'esposizione simile..... Ma a parte questo che ovviamente di gusto soggettivo il rapporto qualità prezzo non è certo bilanciato. Le dosi sono scarse A fronte di costi molto alti e in un ambiente più da osteria che da ristorante di lusso proprio non si sta. Quindi se volete spendere 65 euro a testa per un pranzo o per una cena e andarvene con un po' di fame e il posto ideale....;-)
