Osteria Ori Pari In Boca

An unexpected pearl. In the small village of Boca I didn't expect to find a first in the sector. Superfine food, excellent and well presented entrée, first course of tagliatelle with surprising tail sauce, second course of exceptional pigeon. Superlative wine list (obviously the Boca is highly recommended). Quality service, perhaps a small step is missing but we are on the right path. External location does not attract the eye while the interior is very very nice and well-kept. In my opinion we are almost on the level for the star.

Tested on 10/29/2023. Exceptional location in Boca, in the heart of the Novara hills. Very elegant environment...precise, attentive and impeccable service. Good beef tartare with French toast and mushroom cream. Excellent 36 egg yolk tagliatelle with black cabbage, cashews and salted ricotta. Fantastic durum wheat macaroni with rabbit Genoese, olives and crusco pepper. Exceptional seared beef diaphragm with onion and pepper sauce. Excellent monkfish tail with red prawn, spring onions and salty zabaglione. Wonderful pistachio mousse with raspberry and cherry jelly with chocolate and cotton candy. Incredible husbandzo with whipped cream. Excellent almond pastry with custard and raspberries. Exceptional wine list (I recommend the local ones). Price in line with the expressed quality. Extremely recommended.

Intimate and refined environment, impeccable service and food designed and presented by a starred restaurant.

Very nice place and attentive and kind staff. Nice but not very varied menu, however the dishes offered are very good, with the right quantity. There were small details in the service that made the difference and were very special: like the sweets made by them together with the coffee, the entree, the bread with sourdough and the breadsticks with mustard served with smoked butter. The choice of wines is also excellent.

Posto molto bello e personale attento e gentile. Menù curato ma poco vario, comunque i piatti proposti molto buoni, quantità giusta. C'erano piccoli dettaglia parte del servizio che hanno fatto la differenza e molto particolari: come i dolcetti fatti da loro insieme al caffè, l'entree, il pane con lievito madre e i grissini con senape serviti con burro affumicato. Ottima anche la scelta di vini.
