Simply sublime, well done. A culinary experience to be recommended, the skill of Paolo and his team is not found every day

Good food but prices in my opinion not adequate for the dishes offered.

Era da molto non scrivevo una recensione su TripAdvisor, un po' per il poco tempo a disposizione un po' perché pochi locali mi hanno sorpreso positivamente negli ultimi tempi. La sorpresa è arrivata con l'Osteria al Lampion di Busta, Montebelluna. In apparenza un locale datato, in apparenza quel locale che ti offrirebbe un'esperienza culinaria anni 90, primi anni 2000. Gli interni rinnovati richiederebbero un lavoro ancora più curato e completo per rimanere al passo con locali di tradizione ma contemporanei, tuttavia le tonalità chiare e il look campagnolo ben si sposano con il concetto di Osteria. All'interno il locale ospita una trentina di coperti ed applauso per il servizio fino ad ora tarda (22.30) cosa non comune nella zona. Il servizio è forse la nota più dolente della serata, un po' lento, un po' impacciato: per quanto le ragazze siano gentili e volenterose, non proprio preparatissime specialmente sui vini (solo grazie alla mia insistenza sono riuscito ad ottenere un fantastico Vertigo della cantina Felluga, ed attendo ancora il cambio calice con uno adeguato). Quando arriva il cibo in tavola però tutti i dubbi scompaiono: finalmente piatti della tradizione, comprensibili, impattanti, sapidi e saporiti, con quei meravigliosi sapori di burro che ti avvolgono il palato attraverso tutta la cena, ma rivisitati in chiave moderna quanto basta da renderli fantastici pure su Instagram. Una buona entree per pulire il palato, una bella ciotolina di burro montato e vari pani preparati in casa per godere tutta la cena, e via con gli antipasti, primi e secondi. Patata al sale con uovo barzotto speck di tonno e salsa rafano un capolavoro di sapidita e gusto, manca solo un tocco di consistenza ed è perfetto. Tagliolini con tartufo bianco (quello vero): magia di profumi. Stinco di cervo in salmi bianco: la selvaggina cotta ad arte, morbida come burro, cremosa come il sugo che la accompagna. Il vitello con i funghi porcini: sembra tonno, tanto è morbido e delicato. E le salse. Da Oscar. Un sorbetto alla fine per pulire il palato prima di partire. Conto finale 98 euro per tre calici di vino, un antipasto, un primo, due secondi ed un dolce. Tanto? Poco? Tanto per un'osteria, poco per la qualità espressa. In generale un GRANDE rapporto qualità prezzo, che con qualche accorgimento in più può diventare a cinque stelle! Merita!

This was an amazing restaurant! The food was top class. I tried wonderful, beautifully presented appetizers and entrees. I have to say that these were some of the very best appetizers I have ever had. I wish I could tell you all the different, delectable foods we had, but since I don't speak Italian, I will try to describe some of them... one of the appetizers was toast, but no ordinary toast. This toast had pheasant and blue crab in an amazing sauce with, beautiful and tasty additional sides such as, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and a dip of sorts. This was my favorite. The entrees were superb. My favorite being the "cow cheek". To those of you that find that wording funny, that would be a very simplistic description of this entrée. The meat actually was melt-in-your-mouth tender and just absolutely delicious. And the deserts, just Wow! The lemon shaped desert was a lemon mousse with a mint cream filling and chocolate crumbles. I have to say it is one of my favorites. What an interesting and delightfully tasty desert. I would go into more detail about other appetizers, entrees and deserts but I feel like I am in a food coma. Must sleep! The chef came out and greeted us...and what a nice, talented and creative man he is! The service was excellent; the food was terrific, and we had an amazing time. This is a MUST TRY restaurant. The restaurant sure helps one live the saying... "la dolce vita".

Very good food, very attentive and helpful staff. The only flaw: the environment was really too noisy.
