Excellent Osteria where we ate very well. The girl who served us was very kind, precise and fast and I must say also very nice, which isn't a bad thing. If I have to find a small flaw, which could also be a characteristic, the environment is poorly lit, I would say a little dark. However, I highly recommend going to eat at their place because it was a great experience. Well done, well done

Spinto dai consigli di una mia collega, vengo a provare questo ristorante in un paio di occasioni perché da menu c’erano diverse cose che mi interessavano. Alla prima volta prendo tortelli ripieni di cozze e patate con bottarga, caviale di melanzana affumicata e limone candito, e maccheroncini al torchio con stracotto di agnello, porcini, caprino e miele, tra i due ho preferito il secondo, come secondo prendiamo la guancia di manzo brasata al cognac nel panino con cipolla di Tropea, burro di malga e radicchio, molto molto tenera e buona, peccato per il sapore un po’ troppo forte di vino. Alla seconda volta invece prendo il cannolo salato con polpo scottato, cono alle alghe, mousse di pomodorini gialli con aceto di riso e passati a di ceci, e il babà salato con mousse di foie gras, panna acida, rosmarino, pistacchio e mango confit, non male per entrambi ma non mi hanno entusiasmato, e come primi prendiamo i cannelloni ripieni di seppie con porri affumicati, pesto al basilico, polvere di cozze e chips di patate viola e poi i passatelli asciutti con ossobuco di vitello, il suo midollo fritto, crema di fingerli e blu di grotta di pecora, anche qui buoni si però non mi hanno fatto impazzire. Di dolce ho anche provato il tortello al pistacchio che non era male. Diciamo che i prezzi sono abbordabili, antipasti e primi vanno sui 10/12 euro e i secondi 18/20, piatti molto elaborati e carini però appunto sono più belli da vedere che al palato, personale sempre super cordiale e gentile e posto carino, un po’ buio dentro e sta cosa del menu su whatsapp sinceramente a me non piace gran che, però vabbè, contenti loro

Driven by the advice of a colleague of mine, I came to try this restaurant on a couple of occasions because the menu had several things that interested me. For the first time I take tortelli stuffed with mussels and potatoes with bottarga, smoked aubergine caviar and candied lemon, and maccheroncini al torchio with lamb stew, porcini mushrooms, goat's cheese and honey. Between the two I preferred the second, for the second we take the cheek of beef braised in cognac in a sandwich with Tropea onion, mountain butter and radicchio, very, very tender and good, shame about the slightly too strong wine flavour. The second time, however, I take the savory cannoli with seared octopus, seaweed cone, mousse of yellow cherry tomatoes with rice vinegar and pureed chickpeas, and the savory babà with foie gras mousse, sour cream, rosemary, pistachio and confit mango, not bad for both but they didn't excite me, and as first courses we take the cannelloni stuffed with cuttlefish with smoked leeks, basil pesto, mussel powder and purple potato chips and then the dry passatelli with veal ossobuco, its fried marrow, cream of fingerlings and blue of sheep's cave, good here too but they didn't drive me crazy. For dessert I also tried the pistachio tortello which wasn't bad. Let's say that the prices are affordable, starters and first courses range around 10/12 euros and second courses 18/20, very elaborate and nice dishes but they are more beautiful to look at than to the palate, staff always super friendly and kind and a nice place, a little It's dark inside and this menu thing on WhatsApp, honestly, I don't like it much, but whatever, they're happy

Osteria a little outside the center but definitely worth trying if you are in Bologna... Menu between the traditional Bolognese (tortellini in broth, tagliatelle with meat sauce and Bolognese cutlet) and the innovative (very good risotto, like the fish dishes). Warm and family environment. Few seats so better to book!

Always excellent, starting from the food and ending with the staff!!

It is a tavern with a particular and refined menu. Bold combinations well executed. Curious and comfortable environment, very kind staff, present, but never intrusive. We will be back to try more from the menu. Good job, everyone

Mangiato bene. Tavoli un po troppo fitti.

Piccola Osteria dall'ambiente Noir. Credo(pensiero mio personale)che l'assenza del proprietario,persona preparata,ricada un pò su tutto. Servizio in primis e cucina. Resta comunque un posto dove poter passare una serata tranquilla.

Grazie ad amici abbiamo potuto conoscere questo ristorante molto interessante. Eccentrico ed insolito nell'arredo e nei decori, mostrano in modo evidente la personalità eclettica dell'oste. Persona cortese, amichevole e disponibile, ci ha accompagnato durante tutta l'esperienza con professionalità e piacevoli battute. Non tutti i piatti mi hanno soddisfatto; buono l'assaggio della cucina ed il risotto al cavolo, meno interessante la tempura di baccala.
