Osteria in the center of Recanati with excellent food and excellent wine. Advised.

Truly exceptional evening from a food and wine point of view, there's no denying it! Let's get ourselves out of the way by saying that the area for improvement is undoubtedly the soundproofing of the venue because when it is full, as happened tonight, the acoustic disturbance is in stark contrast to the elegant and relaxing atmosphere that the venue would like to provide to its customers. . Other than that, the evening was really enjoyable. My partner and I began our journey with a veal tripe (me) with saffron served with a very tasty crunchy cheese wafer. My partner instead had some excellent black chickpeas in soup with a truly exceptional thin cuttlefish carpaccio. I then continued with their royal rabbit, i.e. stuffed with the same congilio meat, expertly flavored with various spices including fennel. My partner had an excellent Rosso Conero stew. In closing I had a plate of Macerata cured meats that was simply divine, excellent quality and abundant quantity. My partner took a Bavarian cream which was accompanied by samples of the other desserts on the menu that she had not taken. A truly welcome treat from the chef. The evening was accompanied by a very good Folle, Rosso Conero Riserva 2019 produced by La Calcinara. Very good indeed, it was the best dinner of our weekend in Recanati.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. From appetizers to desserts, it's difficult to say which is more. They have gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. I highly recommend it.

The place is well furnished. Interesting cellar for both local and foreign labels. Non-trivial cuisine. Excellent quality of the raw materials, delicious combinations, intriguing platings. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Ottimo come pochi. Selezione di vini di tutto rispetto. Personale molto gentile. Qualità dei prodotti eccellente. Non abbiamo preso i secondi ma per il resto veramente buono. Unica pecca è stato il caffè, pessimo. Ma personalmente non giudico quel che mangio solo per il caffè

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Molto attenti ai bisogni della nostra bambina celiaca, anche se non certificati hanno comunque molti piatti adatti a persone celiache. Locale gradevole, cibo ottimo, ampia scelta di vini da tutta Italia, quello consigliatoci era di ottima qualità. Prezzo onesto.

Cibo eccellente, curato nei particolari, gusti delicati, ma intensi in una atmosfera accogliente con personale molto professionale e simpaticamente gentile.

Il ristorante e’ bello, curato e ben arredato, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e ben consigliati sul menu. Le pietanze e gli impiattamenti sono ben eseguiti, gli accostamenti sono interessanti ed i sapori ben bilanciati. Personalmente non ho gradito la temperatura degli antipasti, molto buoni ma troppo freddi e la mancanza della tovaglia in quanto il piatto era appoggiato direttamente sul tavolo. E’ una tendenza che si sta diffondendo ma non mi piace. Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene e non escludo di ritornare. Il conto e’ onesto ed adeguato alla qualita’ degli ingredienti.
