Osteria ristorante, nel senso di ristoro dei sensi. Con piatti dal sapore genuino ma davvero appetitosi. Antipasto di verdure cucinate con cura e ricercatezza, ed una frittata al forno da urlo. Primi cucinati alla perfezione Offerta di piatti senza glutine, tra cui penne rape e salsiccia, profumate e gustosissime. Spaghettone aglio olio e peperone crusco notevole. Vale la pena tornare e poi visitare Canosa e i suoi reperti archeologici di grandissimo pregio

18/02/2024: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Trani, it is positioned inside the rock. It is a very quiet restaurant, the prices are average, despite Trani being a tourist place.

05/04/2024: We had a wonderful evening at Quintessenza during our visit to Puglia. The tasting menu was delicious, varied and really showcased the local produce. The service was absolutely fantastic, we felt so welcomed and at home. Thank you!
01/04/2024: If before it was excellent, now it is simply something exceptional, every time they manage to improve which makes each visit even more pleasant. Every single dish is an explosion of flavors and a pleasure to travel half of Italy just to come here. A place absolutely not to be missed for any reason in the world, much better than some more famous restaurants with 2/3 Michelin stars. Apollo forever. ❤️
