Easter evening for dinner in this splendid restaurant. Elegant environment with light and soft music. Traditional Piedmontese menu and innovative, researched menu. We ate very well supported by the owner who, in a delicate, friendly, professional manner, told us about the dishes and recommended an excellent wine, to say the least, a pleasure to listen to. You eat and drink well, there is quality and research. We will definitely be back!

We came here practically devoid of Piedmontese cuisine (we are not from the area) and we found a unique restaurant where we can eat both traditional dishes and dishes revisited in a modern and sometimes even exotic way. Choosing one or two dishes was really difficult, we wanted to eat everything! None of the dishes we tasted disappointed, in fact, I hope to have the opportunity to return. Don't miss the opportunity to have a chat with the owner, you won't regret it!

Courtesy, welcome and friendliness of the host. We opted for the tasting menu. Excellent value for money in the wake of tradition. One star is missing because the desserts lacked something extra.

We went to this place for lunch, we had a very good time and I will try to tell you about our experience to the best of my ability. Mr. Ferruccio welcomed us as if we were old friends, it is the classic place where you immediately feel at home. We talked a lot with him, and this made us very happy because eating is not just filling a stomach but also living an experience. We ate several traditional Piedmontese dishes, very good and of which I attach photos. Let him recommend the wine, because he knows them well and will be able to find the wine suited to your needs. Accueil chaleureux, repas excellent avec d'excellents produits. Dans un endroit qui ne paie pas vraiment de mine, cet établissement est parfait. Dès notre entrée, nous rencontrons le patron. Formidable personne, à l'écoute de ses clients, chaleureux et souriant, il partage son plaisir de la gastronomie. Il explique chaque plat préparé donne d'excellent conseil. Nous avons pris une multitude de plats (nous étions 6) et tout était excellent, parfait et servi en même temps. Merci pour tout et sûr qu'on reviendra!

Locale con pochi coperti e con una bella atmosfera dove si viene accolti dal proprietario, una persona squisita a amante del proprio lavoro che ti illustra in modo esaudiente tutte le proposte del menù oltre agli eventuali piatti “fuori menù”. Il menù è particolare in quanto è diviso tra piatti “tradizionali” realizzati secondo i canoni della cucina piemontese classica e piatti più particolari in cui alcune ricette classiche vengono rivisitate con un tocco d’oriente grazie alla mano dello chef di origini filippine. Durante la cena abbiamo voluto provare sia dei piatti sia tradizionali che rivisitati e gli abbiamo trovati tutti ottimi, realizzati con materie prime del territorio e di alta qualità. Il piatto che più mi ha colpito è stato le lumache che qui, anziché essere proposte trifolate, vengono proposte cotte nel latte di cocco con spezie orientali e servite con del riso brasmati aromatizzato: Delicatissime e molto particolari. La cantina è molto ben assortita e comprende per la maggior parte vini prodotti da cantine del territorio e comunque, anche per chi come me si accontenta di un calice, il proprietario di propone più scelte in modo da poter abbinare il vino più adatto ai piatti ordinati. La lista dei dessert comprende alcuni classici come il bunet, la panna cotta e la torta di nocciole più alcune specialità stagionali. Il bunet che abbiamo preso era molto buono, ma purtroppo è finito subito…. I prezzi sono adeguati al tipo locale e alla tipologia dei piatti proposti.
