Excellent food, good service, quiet, clean environment...

The focaccia and pizza are good, excellent for an early morning breakfast, open 24 hours a day.

Wide choice of savory and sweet! However, I suggest taking care of the HYGIENIC aspect when handling food and money: if you have withdrawn money with gloves shortly before, I expect them to be replaced or at least that the slices of pizza and other things are not touched with the same gloves. It seems like the minimum to me...😅 even if the black glove hides the dirt 👀 ....

Paterna è una Panetteria/Focacceria 24/24 ormai "istituzionale" tra gli astigiani, ed è facile capire il perché. Questo bel locale offre una vasta scelta di focacce e pani, di dolci secchi e freschi, tutti prodotti da loro e di fattura pregevole. Imbattibile la focaccia bianca, mentre le focacce farcite ogni tanto sono salate da far venire l'arsura, ma basta andare il giorno successivo per "ricevere" un gusto più bilanciato. Tutto ad un costo che può tranquillamente definirsi a mercato. Se siete astigiani doc come lo spumante oppure di passaggio, una tappa quotidiana o periodica da Paterna va fatta, con tutti i migliori motivi possibili!
