Delicious hot sandwich, crunchy and soft inside. Fresh and tasty cured meats and various ingredients. Despite the abundance of the sandwich, it remains light. Great price. Kind and courteous. I highly recommend it.

Best Panini place in Florence. Great food - the paninis are freshly made to your wants and cooked perfectly. Plus you get to try the meat beforehand so you know what you’re getting yourself into. The staff anf owner are fab and the owner knows how to make a good aperol spritz!

Without a doubt the best sandwich we've ever had. The ingredients are SUPERB. They let you taste the meats before deciding which one to pick and guide you through the whole process. I can't fathom not giving this 5 stars. Extremely fresh, delicious and friendly.

Small narrow place, walk in and reverse out kinda thing. But super friendly staff that speaks good English and are very service minded. They let you taste the meats so you can choose what you want with ease. Sandwiches tastes super good!

The panini was good, just a bit dry as they have no oil or sauces. However the service was terrible, they have very low patience and rush you even when there is NO line. The one lady in there was kind and let us try everything before picking it out, but all the men were so rude and condescending, and were speaking about us in a different language.

Once you get inside, they give you a tasting to choose the meats and cheeses. The staff are very helpful.
There was a lot of meat and 3 types of cheese options. After choosing your own bread, they ask you to choose 1 meat type and 1 cheese. You can probably add different options, but these were the choices for the standard sandwich. Apart from these, you can choose 3 ingredients to be added. Afterwards, they warm it up for a while and deliver it to you by calling at your door or bringing it to you if you are sitting.
The sandwich price was 9 Euros.

We were a little late out of our AirBnB and had a timed admission to make at the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. This little restaurant was perfect. The friendly owner made us delicious toasted panini sandwiches which we ate in front of the cathedral on his outdoor seating.

This place is the best. I came looking for a vegan panino and the welcomed me and had so many delicious and homemade vegetable dishes for filling. Cannot recommend enough.
