After a morning spent among the rocks, my partner and I decided to stop and eat here. We took a Bolognese and a cacio e pepe, spectacular pasta, excellent cooking, even the condiments were tasty and plentiful. The portions are nice and large so very satisfying, I recommend everyone to stop by them at least once!

Il locale si trova in zona centrale a Matera, si ha l'opportunità di scegliere tra diversi condimenti e 2 tipi di pasta. Noi abbiamo optato per le orecchiette alle cime di rape con i cruschi e quelle condite con baccalà e capperi. Il condimento era abbondante e cucinato bene. L'unica cosa che la pasta non era al dente... ma il Resto era buono e si può anche chiudere un occhio. Bravi!!

After a nice walk in the Sassi, we stayed with family and friends in this very central place, very beautiful and characteristic, with an outdoor terrace and several outdoor tables. We tried excellent aperitifs with local products of the Lucanian tradition, as well as excellent first courses, all rigorously and expertly prepared with excellent quality raw materials. In fact, although the portions are abundant and "generous", you don't feel burdened, on the contrary.... we tried several first courses and I can assert that even the condiments, in addition to the pasta, are all excellent, with a frantic search for the raw material of superior quality. Last but not least, the friendliness, friendliness and professionalism of the owners/managers, as well as all the staff of the Pasteggiando Team. Definitely worth returning.
