Dieser Fischhändler ist der BESTE in ganz Palau. In 2 Wochen waren wir 3 Mal dort und jedes Mal war es einfach nur FANTASTISCH. Mauro und seine Frau (aber auch das restliche Personal) sind sehr herzlich und geben Dir nur den Besten Fisch. Wir Lieben rohen Fisch, vondaher hat uns Mauro Meerestrüffel, Meermessermuscheln, Austern Bernsteinmakrele, rote Krabbe, Scampi, Schwertfisch, Thunfisch und Lachs zubereitet😋 Alles super Frisch und soooo lecker. Dazu haben wir noch Mozzarella mit Bottarga von der Meeräsche (Bottarga di Muggine) - welche es auch bei Ihnen Zu kaufen gibt vorbereitet. Empfehle Euch Euren Fisch, bzw Meeresfrüchte usw bei Ihm Zu kaufen. Einfach mal reinschauen und sehen was für wundervolle Sachen Er da hat. Und falls Ihr Euch nicht auskennt, lasst Euch von Ihm beraten😉👌🏼

Che dire, accolti con molta professionalità e con un sorriso che nn ha eguali, da Maira e Nunzia abbiamo subito capito la passione e l'amore con cui svolgono il loro lavoro . Una bellezza per i propri occhi e per il palato. Abbiamo provato tagliata , tartare , carpaccii tutti rigorosamente freschi e da un gusto unico . Assolutamente da provare ve lo consiglio vivamente e vedrete che Mauro e Nunzia vi entreranno subito nel cuore poi come noi tornerete tutti i giorni della vostra permanenza perché il loro prodotto e la loro professionalità é assolutamente eccellente .
