Locale bellissimo che si distingue da tutti gli altri un po’ troppo turistici che si possono trovare in FinalBorgo. Ottima cucina rivisitata ligure, ma con un occhio innovativo e vegetale. Delicatezza estrema nel piatto ma soprattutto nel gusto. Ambiente molto romantico, caldo. La proprietaria super gentile e carina, servizio giusto bei tempi e non troppo invadente. Consiglio il menù degustazione (a sorpresa dello chef) perché si assaggia un po’ di tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

An absolute favorite restaurant, every weekend getaway to the seaside is accompanied by a dinner in Petricore. Good and innovative, excellent quality of food and km0, very nice staff. Dishes rich in vegetables combined in an original way. I recommend the tasting menu to be able to taste many dishes

Enhance raw materials, even if "poor", without distorting them but making them protagonists. Simple ingredients but extraordinary flavours. Really good!

A truly spectacular restaurant that serves food that is both local and in season. The waitress was kind and knowledgeable and we had a memorable 6 course meal for only €45 each.

Fantastic restaurant in a great location. Creatively presented farm to table meals that let the local ingredients take center stage. Super fresh and not over spiced, seasoned or sauced. Amazing service - One server caught all details happening at all tables and still took the time to present the food and wine and answer all questions.

The food and the services were extraordinary good. Value for money was unbeatable. Highly recommended to take the menus and to be hungry when you arrive.
