Conosco il ristorante dal 1990 e penso che abbia cambiato, nel tempo, i proprietari. Ebbene nonostante il tempo trascorso mi trovo sempre a mio agio e pranzo o ceno on modo impeccabile. Servizio perfetto, cibo e bevande di prim'ordine. È sempre un gran piacere quando sono a Varallo andare un paio d'ore a pranzo da loro. Complimenti

Eravamo in zona Varallo ed abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante ben recensito. Per fortuna abbiamo prenotato giorni prima perché molte persone non hanno potuto accedere perché tutto completo. Un primo, un antipasto, una grigliata di carne da dividere e 2 contorni di funghi porcini che non erano in menù ma ci hanno gentilmente preparato ugualmente. Vino e caffè. Tutto molto buono, sapori speciali, prezzi adeguati medio alti. Per chi vuole un conto più contenuto, esistono menù a prezzo fisso.

04/04/2024: Osteria with traditional flavors with modern solutions. Comfortable place, excellent service directly from the owner who knows how to suggest combinations and dishes. The quality of the food can be perceived right from the starters, excellent quality wines and house spirits. I recommend everyone to go there.

27/03/2024: More than 1 month has passed since our dinner, a beautiful evening, excellent food, well served, friendliness and competence in the service, with a lovely conversation with the chef at the end of the evening. The dinner had a fixed fish menu which from the aperitif to the starter to the dessert was impeccable with a fantastic balance of flavours, the request for an encore of the first course was also very welcome. I gave 4 stars because given the quality of the food, an important wine list and a classy restaurant price, it has a location stuck in the 90s, at least the bathrooms should be redone and the plastic doors replaced. Advised.
