It is worth a visit even if you don't pass through Farnese and the surrounding areas. Let's start with the environment: a room furnished with excellent taste in a vintage style but contextualized and also surrounded by some unique pieces on the walls. A welcoming and original place. Dishes: it is an understatement to call it food. A highly chosen raw material and certainly coming from a search for extraordinary flavours, but above all processed and presented in a masterly manner. Service: (Premise: the restaurant was recommended to us by a local lady and was presented to us as a gem in Farnese but reservations were required for this very reason.) It must have been luck, but after calling less than an hour before closing time, they welcomed us as if the place had just opened. Not only this, the staff is very knowledgeable, knowledgeable and helpful. A special evening that I can't wait to replicate on my next trip to the area. An intimate and well-kept place, with well-made dishes, it has an artistic/homely atmosphere. The owner is really kind, as are all the staff. A good cellar, and a search for the flavors and quality of the raw materials.. nestled in the beautiful village of Farnese, I recommend it for a lunch or dinner if you visit the village!

Bel posticino, in un angolo della Tuscia poco conosciuto ma che merita una visita. Il locale, ubicato nel centro storico, non è ampio, pulito, molto curato nei particolari, dove c'è un'atmosfera familiare grazie alla cortesia e all'attenzione da parte del personale di sala. Le materie prime sono a chilometro zero, il pane fatto in casa, i piatti ben presentati, non banali, con un menù interessante. Ho provato come antipasto un eccellente patè di fegatini con cavolo cappuccio, confettura e pane croccante, a seguire dei gustosi cannelloni di carni miste e salsa al pomodoro e come dolce una buona torta di mele con crema inglese. Segnalo delle ottime ciambelline fatte in casa da bagnare con del vermouth. Il tutto accompagnato da un vino locale (sangiovese). Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, merita la visita per l'attenzione, la cura nella preparazione dei piatti e la qualità del cibo.
