Excellent restaurant among many self-proclaimed "typical" proposals of very variable quality. I found some truly exceptional first courses, second courses perhaps of a more traditional nature but always executed with perfect technique and top raw materials. Excellent wine selection, friendly and quick service even when the place is full. Correct price for the quality (60-100€ per person on average).

📝 Very good food in this restaurant in Courmayeur despite a service slightly below expectations for being on the Michelin guide. 🍴 I tried a plate of winter vegetables as a starter: good and well presented. The tagliatelle with meat sauce were excellent. The larded beef fillet was also very good. The portions were right in my opinion. The dessert was also excellent. 📍 The restaurant is located in the center of Courmayeur and the furnishings are elegant and pleasant.

Excellent restaurant hidden in the streets of Courmayeur. It is the restaurant for those who do not want to eat normally, but to have an experience that combines the Aosta Valley tradition reworked in a modern, scenic key. There is a great study on the dishes and there was not one thing that I can say I liked less. Friendly and elegant service, friendly, polite and above all customer-focused staff. What can I say..Fantastic restaurant I spent a wonderful evening, well done, keep going you deserve all the recognition you get 💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We came across this restaurant by chance and I must say that it turned out to be the best of our two days at the foot of Mont Blanc! The location is very nice, it seems to have been recently renovated, with attention to detail and able to convey a touch of freshness and refinement while maintaining the warm atmosphere expected from mountain restaurants. The menu is not very vast and for me this is always an indication of the quality and attention to the selected raw materials. The very professional owner was extremely helpful and courteous in guiding us through the menu, even suggesting, against her best interests, that we give up a dish as the one we had chosen would already have been plentiful... and she was right! We ate a truly delicious and varied cheese platter with honey and fruit chutneys. As a main course we had and shared a Pierre soup, which is a reinterpretation of the local Valpellinentze soup composed of savoy cabbage, leek, onion, spinach, fontina, black bread and meat broth, a truly well made dish with perfectly prepared raw materials in harmony and with the fontina cream to give that extra touch of deliciousness! The second shared dish was an Aosta Valley fondue (with melted fontina) accompanied by croutons and polenta: delicious. We drank a glass of really good Fumin from Les Cretes.

Restaurant mentioned in the Michelin Guide for several years now. A refined and welcoming environment, with a touch of modernity, moving away from mountain furnishings. The strong point is the brick vaulted ceilings. Excellent culinary experience both for the choice of the à la carte menu and for the choice of wine, recommended by the son and owner together with his mother in the dining room and his father who is the chef of the restaurant. I would have gladly appreciated the choice of a course of dishes with paired wines, but still a splendid dinner.

I was enchanted by the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive from the start, ensuring an enjoyable experience. The variety of dishes on offer is incredible, with fresh and expertly combined ingredients. I had the opportunity to taste truly unique dishes. The careful presentation and quality of the food made every bite a true culinary pleasure. The service was impeccable, with staff proving helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did the cuisine exceed expectations, but also the attention to the customer was evident in every phase of the lunch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

22/03/2024: What a good address, this restaurant lives up to its name. Classic and colorful decor. Beautiful menu full of interesting ideas that caught the attention of Michelin. Local recipes with regional products marked with logos. Black truffle season. Wine list with standards, wide choice of vintages from the valley. Cordial and feminine service. The gluten-free ones are very, very well treated.
05/03/2024: I have known this restaurant for many years and the quality of the food and service is always impeccable. I recommend it, because it is a welcoming and elegant place.
