18/03/2024: Today at lunch Pino, my brother-in-law, introduced us to a new restaurant, "in the usual place". As soon as I crossed the threshold, I found myself in a rural cottage, spartanly furnished but with great taste, large oak beams on the ceiling, stones on the walls that support cattle yokes, and even a drinking trough, which leads you to remember the time gone by. . The waiters are all young, their frenetic coming and going ensures that the service is quick and impeccable. The cuisine is varied, it is not limited to the usual three or four dishes repeated inexorably throughout the week, in addition to the classic menu there are a considerable number of "off menu" dishes all masterfully prepared by a highly respectable kitchen team. As far as the quality/price ratio is concerned, it is satisfactory. I would like to conclude my review by pointing out to the reader the well-stocked wine shop worthy of the restaurant's fame. I therefore feel like recommending, without a doubt or shadow of denial, this restaurant. This is therefore the reason for the five stars given by a Google local guide that is certainly not "wide open"
