Pizzeria cavazzani In Avio

My work colleagues and the excellent reviews led me to this fabulous pizzeria expertly managed by a Sardinian boy from Iglesias (Sardinia). The pizza I chose with culatello, Apulian burrata, excellent tomato sauce, what can I say: Finger licking!! They have a wide selection of very good and genuine desserts made by them. I greatly appreciated the myrtle and limoncello offered at the end of the meal. I recommend everyone to try this gastronomic experience!! Titian

After a long time, we returned... we were engaged when, in our carefree strolls, we stopped in this restaurant. It was winter, you could barely see the light in the room... we entered and it felt like we were at home. Family, children, work and other commitments have distanced us... we are back. A triumph of flavors, always better, fantastic pizzas, as always a certainty 🤩🤩🤩

A colleague of mine who I trust recommended this place to me, 22 km away from my home. As a Roman, I'm used to a low, crunchy pizza. Well, this isn't really like that, it's more of a cross between Neapolitan and Roman, but it's so good that I can put my parochialism aside. Voto 10 anche alla pizza senza glutine. Ovviamente pasta surgelata ma guarnitura perfetta. Una delle migliori. La cotoletta contadina con taleggio funghetti e speck: buonissima ed enorme (meno male che c'è il doggy bag). Buono il vino. Apprezzabile l'offerta finale di mirto e limoncello. Servizio molto attento e che ti mette a tuo agio: bravi!

Questo locale è davvero tipico, pizzeria e ristorante in centro di Avio offre una buona scelta tra pizze tradizionali e tati piatti tipici. Qui ho scelto un primo piatto di spatzle tricolori con burro fuso e culatello croccante e poi ho preso la loro famosissima cotoletta "Boru", ovvero una cotoletta milanese farcita con purè di patate, pancetta croccante e cipolla di tropea stufata. Quest'ultima è davvero sontuosa, super abbondante e saporitissima. Personale attento e simpatico, menù semplice e piatti gustosi ed abbondanti.
