Historic pizzeria, the best "by the slice" pizzeria in the historic center. Good quality pizza, good assortment of flavours, excellent cecina, prices lower than the city average. Recommended for a snack in the center or for takeaway when you want pizza for dinner.

Pizza particolare, sottile, croccante, ma gusti spettacolari. In cucina Inna sforna pizze di una bellezza come un dribbling di Messi. Locale ribattezzato Zi’ Teresa, perfetto street food in quel di Pisa

03/04/2024: Had a great time there. Passed the restaurant while going to the leaning Tower of Pisa. On our way back thought why not. The place is really small, so great to start a conversation with the people on the next table. Met a lovely couple from Sardinia. This one man show was fantastic. Chef, owner,front of staff and entertainer. The food was simple and home cooked. Had the tortellini with spinach and cheese and the Vel escalope with Parma. Also enjoyed the live entertainment. Fantastic. Don't expect frills. Take it as it comes.
01/04/2024: Authentic place! Real carbonara, delicious. The chef is a true culinary genius. Nice and attentive with guests. Mandatory stop if you come to Pisa and want to escape the tourist restaurants. We will be back for sure!

13/03/2024: All excellent, fast service, good and expressive dishes, excellent quality and price. On Tuesdays they also do pizza for lunch.
