This hotel blew my mind few times! It's in a very convenient upscale neighborhood, and the property is beautiful and classy. They even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon trip and every day left us snacks and gifts for us to enjoy. On the last day, we even got a colombo (Dove) for Easter which we took the the airport and ate while we waited for our canceled flight. I thoroughly enjoyed being here and all the staffs were extremely helpful and thoughtful. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful places, refined and with a beautiful English atmosphere. The Cibreo restaurant is highly recommended and the spa is fabulous!!!!

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Italy. We were a family with older kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite , it was ver generous in size the 4 of us were lost in the space , very comfortable, clean, attention to details. The spa was a bonus . The only comment I would make is about their breakfast, there weren’t many options that are for celiac diet and there was far too much of cold meats and pastries not enough fruits and varieties of food. I would stay back with a doubt absolutely loved the place an stage location is 10/10.

Excellent location, right in the center, spa is amazing and deff you should visit it, great place to relax. Service was very good from reception to restaurants.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de Florence à proximité à pieds de la majorité des monuments, magasins et restaurant incontournables. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, toujours prêt à conseiller ou rendre service. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons.
