Some of the most fantastic seafood we have ever had. On top of this the service was absolutely 5*. Friendly and welcoming whilst also being highly efficient. Adding to all of this is the picture perfect view. We ate in the evening and were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so sat outside. Absolutely perfect experience all round and cannot recommend highly enough. There a reason this restaurant is so highly rated, and we can only add to that!

Stayed for three nights in Suriendo and ate here for two nights. The seafood was fresh and delicious. Specially recommended seafood stew for 25 € and grilled octopus feet for 20 €. (I tried to eat at other restaurants on the middle day, but found that this one was still delicious) On my last night away from Suliando, I chose to come back to eat at this restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful restaurant, and, yes it is worth the walk to the waterfront, down the steps and back (we were asked serveral times). My wife and I enjoyed our meals, we were seated promptly by a friendly staff member, service staff was attentive, but not overbearing. Very nice setting and atmosphere. Food was great!

Wow! What a wonderful run family business, Anna, Rosaria, Gabrielle, the entire family runs the restaurant, from fishing, to preparing, to cooking, to hosting perfectly. The atmosphere of this restaurant is so welcoming, so charming, you get to sit on the wall right next to the water, 5 feet away from where the fish were caught. Marina grande is so beautiful, and there are several restaurants, all good, but Porta marina seafood is by far the best. They will also fix things special for you, make special tweaks to their menu. They also will serve you their local wine, which comes in a liter pitcher which is absolutely perfect and delicious. The prices are so reasonable, considering the super high quality of all their food. I highly recommend porta, Marina seafood.
