We had the privilege of dining at this starred restaurant on our anniversary. This experience has left an indelible mark in our gustatory and visual memories. Each dish served was a masterpiece of creativity, elegance and attention to detail: a sensorial journey. Chef Solaika Marrocco manages to amaze by presenting dishes that are a fusion of tradition and innovation, which reflects her delicacy and empathy. We thank Daniele who stands out for his in-depth knowledge of the dishes and wines offered, perfectly paired with each course. He surprised us with a small symbolic gesture (the candles on the dessert to celebrate our day): these little things reveal his ability to create an authentic atmosphere and his passion for this job. The harmony that existed between the staff was immediately noticed, ensuring a fluid and coordinated service. In conclusion, this starred restaurant is a perfect combination of refined taste and impeccable service.

Excellent! The dishes are excellent, characterized by a rich but always balanced taste, great research into ingredients and perfect execution. The bakery is also excellent, the wines are very well selected, a simple but elegant place. The staff and the chef are always present and up to par, with maximum courtesy and attention without ever being intrusive. Incredible experience for the palate. Absolutely worth trying.

SUPERLATIVE DINNER. I dined alone at this place for the first time. And it was a real pleasure. A calm, relaxed welcome that puts you at ease. No forcing in the service by the Maitre Daniele Solimando who is a master in the art of hospitality and service. Matteo is also very good and safe. Sublime wine pairing, fast, attentive and no-frills service. Balanced and successful wine cellar. the Maitre has mastered the dishes which are explained with elegance. service never intrusive but very attentive. Chef Solaika's cooking is Sensational. Yes, because it really gives you special sensations. The simplicity of the raw material, the great care and respect for all the ingredients in an essential but refined and detailed way. The non-obvious combinations, the tradition recalled in every dish. The harmony on the palate and the lightness of balance at each course (also getting the order of the courses right). Taste, creativity and light-heartedness are perceived upon presentation and tasting. My favorite ravioli with anchovies and scapece sauce. A masterpiece of acidity, flavor and balance that I honestly would not have expected at these levels. Research, history and tradition on the plate. Unique eggplant parmigiana. Sweetbread and shock shrimp. Offal cooked to perfection and with a very special and delicious honey and orange glaze. Tiramisu a crunchy cloud. I could go on and on because in my opinion everything was very good. I am proud from Salentino that there is a young female chef who has reached these levels. It's culinary art. I hope they continue like this. Congratulations to the owners Marco and Silvia for creating such a place in Lecce. It is absolutely not a given. Compliments!

La nostra cena da Primo Restaurant è stata davvero eccezionale, perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista! Avendo potuto deliziarci con il menù degustazione da 7 portate, abbiamo potuto essere testimoni della maestria della Chef Solaika Marrocco in tanti, tantissimi piatti. Il pomodoro è stato senza dubbio il filo conduttore della nostra cena, presente in quasi tutte le preparazioni, dal Benvenuto della Chef al Pre-Dessert! Io ho particolarmente apprezzato le pietanze più sapide, su tutte il coniglio con crema di peperoni. Particolarmente gradito, poi, il saluto che la Chef ci ha voluto regalare al termine della nostra cena. In definitiva, un'esperienza strepitosa, in cui qualità della materia prima ed abilità in cucina giustificano perfettamente i prezzi richiesti.

Un viaggio eccezionale, con profumi e sapori nuovi anche se profondamente radicati nella tradizione. Alcuni piatti rasentano l’eccellenza assoluta ed il servizio è la disponibilità sono di altissimo livello. La Chef sorprende sempre con sapori, i profumi e anche i colori. Assolutamente da provare. Una nota speciale merita anche la qualità del servizio. Tutto fantastico. Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una serata speciale (era un compleanno)

Attratto dal menù di questa giovane chef mi sono recato molto entusiasta in questo piccolo stellato e devo dire che i sapori sono tutti molto buoni (magari potrebbe osare di più con i dolci) ma la nota dolente credo sia il rapporto qualità prezzo. Nonostante sia uno stellato, e ne ho girato qualcuno, non è possibile alzarsi da tavola affamati perché il menu degustazione è composto da 7 amuse-bouche. Consiglio di eliminare 1/2 portate dal degustazione e rendere il percorso più goloso/godibile/assaporabile. Parmigiana stra buona! Sicuramente ci ritornerò perché il potenziale c’è e la chef e il team sicuramente capiranno.
