It is ideal if you want to eat in a soberly elegant environment, with punctual and efficient but not pressured service. Excellent a la carte dishes, varied choice, just enough to ensure quality and taste.

Cena deliziosa: abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione, a base di pesce, che conteneva i piatti “storici” del menù (affumicati di pesce, parmigiana di melanzane con ricciola, spaghetti alla carrettiera di mare…). Il cibo ottimo : raffinato, sfizioso e gustoso nel contempo. Ma il tocco in più è stato dato dall’abbinamento inaspettato coi Gin Tonic: tre diversi (più un Gin come distillato alla fine) da abbinare ai vari piatti, abbinamenti che ci sono stati spiegati con competenza e passione dal responsabile di sala, che, in maniera molto amichevole, ce ne ha anche fatti assaggiare altri per completare le sue delucidazioni. Una bella serata, buon cibo e buon bere, in un locale assolutamente da consigliare!

06/04/2024: A very chic, modern little restaurant. Loving, friendly service, very attentive. We had fried octopus, pasta with lamb ragout, both very good, and fish fried with oranges and almonds as well as fennel and carrots and two very tasty desserts. A wonderful evening. Mille Gracie!
19/03/2024: Yet another high-level restaurant in Palermo, located in a very central position, in the court area. Very original, elegant and refined place, I loved the background music, soft jazz. I was greeted with a welcome prosecco and an appetizer of guacamole and excellent sea asparagus. I chose as a first course guitars with cuttlefish ink and ricotta, an excellent combination, and a really good orange-crusted croaker. To conclude I had a fried sphinx, a lot of calories but it was really worth it. Honest prices, qualified and friendly staff, and generous portions, in short, everything was perfect.
