If before it was excellent, now it is simply something exceptional, every time they manage to improve which makes each visit even more pleasant. Every single dish is an explosion of flavors and a pleasure to travel half of Italy just to come here. A place absolutely not to be missed for any reason in the world, much better than some more famous restaurants with 2/3 Michelin stars. Apollo forever. ❤️

an excellent quality of food and a harmonious fusion between innovation and local culinary tradition.
The restaurant environment was welcoming and elegant, enriched by a magnificent view of the Trani fortress. We would like to particularly thank the staff, who not only welcomed us with kindness, but also introduced us to the history of the place and recommended some authentic treasures of local gastronomy.
Furthermore, it was a real pleasure to meet the chef at the end of the meal. Without a doubt, we will return to this restaurant in the future. I highly recommend tasting the raw fish and, for dessert, the truly extraordinary farmer's breakfast.
