Excellent dishes, truly original recipes, excellent quality of raw materials. The environment is very welcoming and clean. The staff, especially the owners, are very kind and friendly. I've known it since October and have been there twice. I recommended it to a colleague and she has already been there twice more. If you are spoiled for choice I recommend the carbonara podolica (unmissable). Highly recommended.

We had lunch in this place where we felt welcomed and were able to enjoy good, genuine dishes but with refinement in the ingredients and their quality. I recommend it 👌👌

Un pranzo con amici pugliesi ci ha fatto scoprire questo splendido ristorante. Pur essendo il giorno dopo Capodanno il personale è stato veramente carinissimo e accogliente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e di ottimo livello le proposte culinarie. Speriamo di ritornare presto, ciao.

Magnifico, siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalle cameriere nonostante il nostro ritardo, ci hanno subito messi a nostro agio ricordandoci che eravamo in vacanza e dovevamo rilassarci. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti saporiti e abbondanti e si sono prodigati a spiegarci tutto sugli ingredienti che non conoscevamo (la salicornia, la mushishka, il fungo di carrubo). Più che una cena, è stata una lezione di gastronomia! Prezzi onestissimi (una media di 35 euro per uscire sazi, i dolci fatti in casa a 5 euro, mentre ovunque li stiamo trovando dagli 8 ai 10 euro da queste parti, e non buoni come questi!!) Vini solo ed esclusivamente della provincia: in pratica un'ode al territorio. Questo è il posto giusto se si vuole scoprire un territorio attraverso la tavola! Bravi! Continuate così!

Un ristorante eccezionale, dove la passione dello chef riesce a soddisfare ogni tipo di palato, anche quelli piu esigenti e raffinati, i sapori sono autentici, non sono coperti da spezie e miscugli vari che vanno a coprire la vera essenza delle materie prime, ottime e ricercate che vengono usate al radici,,, super consigliato
