Went here during a visit to Milan, I ordered the Chashu Ramen. It was one of the best ramens I have eaten.
The pork belly was so tasty and the broth was very flavourful.

Wonderful clean restaurant. Great service! Best ramen I've had in italy. Has the menu in Italian and English. The tea was perfect flavor of jasmine.
The restroom is also very clean with American style toilet.
Will definitely go back. Highly recommend.
Excellent ramen, the pork melts in your mouth and the broth is 'delicate' but at the same time tasty, without being heavy.
The service is very fast.
I haven't tried other ramen restaurants, but this 'ramen shop' was a great first experience.
If you pass through Milan and have never eaten 'real ramen', I recommend you come here.
My father also really enjoyed lunch.

The shop is small and has limited seats, so it's best to book in advance otherwise you won't be able to get a seat. The food tastes very ordinary, just ordinary noodle soup.

There are few tables, so you often have to wait for them to become free. The handmade pasta is very good, the toppings and additional ingredients of the ramen are less convincing.
It remains the point of reference of its kind.

Il brodo del ramen è ottimo, purtroppo, oltre alla pasta che è generosa, la quantità dei condimenti è scarsa. Nel mio piatto c’era MEZZO UOVO. Cioè, neanche uno come in foto, ma MEZZO. La carne era buona e morbida, ma veramente poca. Di funghi c’erano tre pezzetti. Nel complesso buono ma dovrebbero essere molto meno tirchi e riempire meno di pasta e brodo è più di contenuto. Non dico tanto, basta poco.
I prezzi del ramen sono buoni, in linea con quello che dovrebbe essere. Gli antipasti e i dolci un po’ cari, ma non posso giudicarli in quanto non li ho presi.

Il locale è molto piccolo, i coperti all'interno e all'esterno sono limitati, però la coda per accedere è ordinata e il personale è ben organizzato (e cortese).
Il menu presenta pochi piatti tra i quali spicca di scelta tra 6/7 ramen.
Quelli provati da noi davvero notevoli.
Molto interessante, mentre si aspetta, vedere la maestria del cuoco che tira i noodles a mano.
Prezzi molto corretti.
