The other evening we stopped for a quick dinner, the waitress dropped the oil on the table and consequently on my wife's trousers, which is normal and can happen, accept her apologies. It made me smile that they cared about the table and only then about my wife... Instead I would have expected an apology from the owner at the checkout..... Good food and excellent 🍻

04/04/2024: I shared a tasting menu with a friend visiting Biarritz. A taste wonder and truly local. The wine proposition was perfect. And finally, super friendly service. I can't wait to come back! Thank you to the whole team for this dinner that I will not forget!
30/03/2024: At the theater this evening a play in 10 acts performed by Epoq. The dishes follow one another in a farandole of pleasure. The ingredients are raw, local and always a twist that will make Night Shyamalan green with envy. The red thread is the flame, the fire marking. All this staged by a team in the kitchen and in the dining room that will make your head spin. Run there!
