Splendid relais in splendid location

Magnificent location on the left bank of the Tiber, created from a Benedictine monastery which became a patrician villa in the 18th century, in an ideal position for visiting all of Umbria; It has a well-maintained 5-hectare park, in which there is a large and a small swimming pool, 2 five-a-side football pitches, 2 tennis courts, ping-pong tables and plenty of space for any type of event (conferences, weddings, etc. ). Mountain bikes are also available for rental. Possible long walks on the banks of the Tiber. Inside there is a bell tower, a small church and even an 18th century exedra. Free internal parking. The structure is on two floors with a restaurant and event rooms; A billiard room and a baby grand piano are available to guests. The stay in the structure lasted a week in a room on the second floor with a sloping roof, large and with an adequately sized bathroom; small maintenance problems were encountered which, however, did not create functional problems. Comfortable beds, good cleaning and turndown service. Free wifi with a decent signal everywhere. The breakfast was of a good standard and plentiful, with the right balance between sweet and savory. The location in the greenery guarantees silence everywhere, except for the usual rude people who, unfortunately, can be found everywhere. Prices adequate, but not excessive.

I stayed in this hotel for a week last year and this year I will return for longer in the summer. I would say all the best adjectives to describe this hotel: spectacular, magnificent and fantastic etc… The rooms are beautiful, large and spacious, suitable for both a couple but also a family, the prices are very cheap. Inside the hotel there are many corridors where the rooms are and there is also the billiard room. Then on the top floor there is a long corridor where there are some ancient rooms to visit and a beautiful church. Finally on the 1st floor near the rooms there is a beautiful relaxing pink room with relaxing music where you can play cards and many games and even take a nap. In the hotel there are also two swimming pools, a smaller one for small children and a larger one for older children, accompanied by a beautiful bar where you can eat and drink near the pool and then there are also fields for: football, tennis, volleyball. A huge garden where you can walk and run, a very large car park and free wi-fi and air conditioning in the room. The breakfast is vast and plentiful, also suitable for those on a diet. Lunch is an excellent dinner and every day a different lunch and dinner menu. Fantastic experience I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax for a week in summer but also in winter. Truly an absurd hotel.

Quiet, clean environment, delicious breakfast

Beautiful hotel located in an uncontaminated natural environment. The rooms are beautiful although they could use some modernisation. There are excellent entertainment options for children and the park available for walking or sports is truly immense. Very rich and varied breakfast from sweet to savory and always enriched with fresh fruit and homemade desserts.

Un bellissimo spazio verde sulle rive del Tevere. molto accogliente anche se alcune cose sono un pò datate, ma è mantenuto molto bene. Buono il ristorante e il personale molto gentile.
