Location molto bella e ottimo sevizio con personale molto preparato e cortese. Per la cucina ottimi i primi, qualche riserva sugli antipasti, secondi con prezzi importanti Interessante carta vini. Nel complesso buona esperienza con prezzo finale coerente alla tipologia di ristorante.

Super Essen, kompetente und höfliche Bedienung, super Wein

Menu di Natale impeccabile dall’ inizio alla fine. Il servizio attento, disponibile ma discreto Il locale in cui abbiamo mangiato è la sala degli apostoli che è la sala del ristorante che ha vinto una stella Michelin 2023. L’unica cosa che devo dire avrei gradito che i piatti fossero spiegati anche se uguali per tutti e con menù annesso. Nel complesso 5 su 5 Prezzo ottimo ma avrei pagato anche di più volentieri.

Almeno una volta bisogna andarci, io quando pernotto in zona, mi fermo qua. L'hotel, camere comprese, è un museo che ricorda il passaggio soggiorno di un elefante. Ci sono stato sia in vacanza sia per dei convegni. Unico neo: aggiustate le colonnine di ricarica

L'esperienza vale il viaggio. Maitre professionale e cortese. Cucina raffinata con attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti. Conto onesto considerando 4 portate con abbinamento vini (150€). Tornerò sicuramente a provare il menù stellato dello chef. COMPLIMENTI

Hotel curatissimo in ottima posizione a 2 passi dal centro,con parcheggio privato e ristorante stellato dove ho mangiato degli ottimi canederli,e in generale, tutte le pietanze che ho mangiato erano ottimi e presentati in maniera "elegante",.Il perdonale gentilissimo,la struttura che sembra un museo,consigliatissimo.Un consiglio se si vuole mangiare nel ristorante, prenotare con largo anticipo, altrimenti difficilmente troverete posto.

Zuerst das Positive: Der Garten ist großartig, der Wellnessbereich klein und sauber, das Frühstück großartig und dabei ist der Service auch exzellent. Sehr lieb zu Hunden. Das hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Nicht so schön und für 4 **** ungewöhnlich fand ich, dass das Zimmer nicht warm war, nachts (22-6 Uhr) wurde die Heizung abgeschaltet, das Wasser war lauwarm, bis ich das an der Rezeption angemerkt habe ... da mein Partner im Zimmer online gearbeitet hat, während ich dienstliche Termine hatte, musste man sehr genau planen, wann man lüftet, sonst war das Zimmer zu kalt.

What an amazing restaurant! We were so happy that we were able to get a reservation as we just learned about this Michelin Star restaurant. Get a reservation in advance as we lucked out when someone cancelled. The restaurant is only open on weekends and has only 4 tables. It is a really cozy, elegant space with the very best servers. We had one fabulous dish after another! It started with the story of Soliman, the elephant. The restaurant is actually inside the Hotel Elephant, so it is such an awesome way to introduce dinner and people to the hotel. The servers serve with much flair, and they were very helpful when picking a wine to accompany dinner. The food was amazing both in taste and presentation. The chef is a true culinary artist. I had my first taste of Japanese wagyu beef, and now I understand all of the hype around it! This was really an outstanding way to spend an evening with friends. Our dinner at this restaurant is surely a highlight of my entire trip to northern Italy.

Una piccola stube, bella ed elegante, 4 tavoli (di solito… ahinoi siamo stati “poco fortunati” perché c’era un grande e rumoroso tavolo!), per un’esperienza gastronomica di alto livello. Tutto ciò, scopo principale della nostra visita all’Elephant, è stato pienamente centrato. La degustazione ha avuto inizio nella sala storica dell’hotel con amuse bouche che raccontano la storia dell’”Elefante”, per proseguire nella stube con altri deliziosi amuse bouche e quindi i piatti del menù. I titolari del ristorante/hotel, ci hanno regalato una serata indimenticabile, con un servizio empatico, originale, che vale la pena di vivere senza spoiler. I piatti degustati letteralmente strepitosi, che rapportati alla giovane età dello chef lasciano presagire grandi cose. Tra tutti lo Scampo, il Salmerino, il Wagyu, dove potenza gustativa ed equilibrio perfetto, hanno reso le preparazioni memorabili. Il menù non ha la pasta e all’inizio, visto le dimensioni dei piatti, si avverte il timore di restare troppo “leggeri”, ma per noi non è stato così, perché si arriva alla fine con una sensazione di appagamento… e leggerezza. Bravi!
