What can I say, I hadn't been to Crucolo for about 10 years and I found exactly what I had left, amazing cuisine, kind and professional service and moderate prices. Plus the cellar with their products not to be forgotten. Congratulations for everything and we'll see you again soon.

Difficult to find a place, you have to book well in advance but I always leave satisfied

It is not easy, in the province of Trento, to be able to find a good restaurant where you can taste local specialties with the right balance between the quality of the dishes and their price and the Crucolo refuge restaurant embodies both qualities. The starters are superb, including cured meats, cheeses and homemade polenta and of excellent quality, the subsequent courses are varied and equally good: I recommend a tasting of all the cured meats and cheeses (the salami cooked in vinegar with polenta is excellent) and the trio of first courses, if you can do it (in terms of "space"), with the second courses you are spoiled for choice... and, after the mix of desserts, in closing the house paramoampoli must not be missing, I I recommend!

Siamo andati il 2 di gennaio , era pieno , ma cmq ci hanno trovato posto , abbiamo mangiato veramente bene.... Bel posto ,buon cibo. La cantina è favolosa. Il mio compagno ed io torneremo presto.

Piatti della tradizione ( alcuni un po' rivisitati ) buoni , servizio e ambiente ok , cantina con vini e formaggi da visitare. Prezzi buoni.
