Perfect like always .....( quiet place with tasty food, friendly staff and owner, high level of SPA with mountain view of the Groste Pass ), lot of slopes around, easy ski run to Madonna Di Campiglio , Folgarida, Pinzolo - thank you for all :-) !!

A wonderful experience! Located right on the slopes at 2.045 mts we had a view that simply never tires. The food was absolutely delicious, plenty and the service was also excellent. Thank you Marek & Christian! All the staff (bar/Spa/housekeeping and the owner himself, Daniele) were ALWAYS available, friendly and very helpful! The room was very nice having 2 levels. The ski area was great, 180 cm of snow and splendid weather! It was perfect! One thing maybe...it didn't bother me as much as the kids but the wifi unfortunately is only available in the bar area. Not in the rooms or even the restaurant. Somehow being in the middle of the slopes there's not too much 4G coverage either. As I said... it didn't bother me too much as I like my holidays stress free but the kids thought differently :)

We ate in the restaurant, which is accessible by treadmill. Old-fashioned hospitality, nice menu and excellent quality food. Highly recommended in this area.

The Refugio is located in the middle of the ski area and therefore allows for a few runs before the slopes get fuller. Access is via the gondola station right next to the Refugio. There is an underground parking space at the bottom of the town for a fee, especially for guests. The rooms are very large and cozy. The food in the evening is really good and you can choose between different starters and main courses in the morning for the evening. The wellness area is outstanding.

All the hotel employees were kind, the rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. The ski slopes are right in front of the hotel, which was also a great point. It's definitely a hotel I'd like to visit again. The only problem is poor internet access. You can use Wi-Fi if you go to the bar, but it would be best if each room had Wi-Fi. Also, if possible, it would be better if you could start dinner at 7pm instead of 7:30pm. This is because small children tend to become sleepy during meals.

I have also stayed at other locations in the area. Honestly the most beautiful location exclusively for full skiing. Service, food and accommodation 10. Spa a bonus 11. Thank you all for the perfect stay.
