Cozy... a nice place... particular. I really appreciated that it wasn't chaotic. Truly space-age risottos. Friendly and quick waiters. Ideal for an evening with good company.

I was attracted by the name and the menu of risottos (which I love very much and which I am also quite pretentious about!). Expectations more than met: excellent dishes with attention to seasonal raw materials and attention to detail, suggestions of appropriate wines for each dish, kindness and friendliness of the staff, a place with attention to detail and welcoming! Correct value for money! Congratulations, we will be back!
Ps: they warned us that they will soon move towards the center of Parma... good luck!

Excellent quality of ingredients, choice for all tastes, possibility of having dairy-free risotto for allergy sufferers, perfect timing of risotto service, welcoming environment. Pumpkin chips, fried polenta and tartare equally good.

Always a guarantee! Crazy risottos and appetizers, as well as a huge choice of excellent wines to match. Furthermore the staff is always friendly and fun, especially what I believe to be the manager who makes you feel like you are a regular customer even if it is the first time he sees you, super recommended!

The staff is very kind.
The food was delicious, it's a shame we only stayed there one evening and wasn't able to repeat the experience! Top! Well done!

We fell in love with your risottos but not only that: excellent appetizers, first courses and to follow whatever delicacy the chef decides to propose. We can only give 5 full stars.

Era qualche anno che non si tornava in questa risotteria, il locale è sempre quello con un taglio moderno ma accogliente.
Anche i risotti sono sempre là, sempre di più e buonissimi, ne ho assaggiati 3 diversi con abbinamenti davvero interessanti (peperone +roastbeef es). Servizio veloce e dolci buoni, consigliatissimo.
