We had dinner with a tartare and a crouton with lard, walnuts and honey as an appetizer and a Tomahawk steak to split in two, all accompanied by an excellent wine, all very good and fairly priced, absolutely worth trying again.

We have been frequenting Val di Sole for years and this butcher's restaurant is one of a kind, a guarantee and a certainty, the brothers Andrea and Elia, in addition to the quality of their cuisine, always make you feel at home. Congratulations, keep it up

There's a vibe! An unusual place - after all, the butcher's shop turns into a restaurant, which is a guarantee of amazing meat! If you like steaks, tartare, burgers - I definitely recommend it! The food is amazing! There are not many tables, so it's worth booking! You can bounce off the wall by "entering from the street." Apart from eating there. You can also do some shopping. It was a great evening! We will definitely come back someday. Ps. We were the only Poles in the place that evening, apart from us there were only Italians. This is the best proof of how great this place is!

On a cold winter day it was our salvation. Fantastic food to say the least. From the side dishes to the meat, not to mention the delicious burgers.

For anyone passing through Val di Sole this is an obligatory stop. Congratulations to all the staff for the enthusiasm and courtesy that reigns in the place. The quality of the meat is a certainty, both the very rich burgers and the classic 4-finger steak. Excellent quality butcher's shop, with the possibility of purchasing vacuum-packed products. Traditional first courses such as spatzle and canederli are also excellent. The peculiarity is that you can dine in a comfortable environment. Young and helpful staff.

On holiday in Tonale we bought some typical products and meat to take away.. The mortazza very good.. The dumplings... Chicken cooked at home.. Very good.. Unlike the ones you buy in supermarkets or other butchers.. It didn't give off a strong and unpleasant smell. Salami.. And we will make other orders online, thank you very much
