Very good pizza, wide availability of ingredients with particular ingredients and many types of dough. Price slightly higher than average also due to the more refined ingredients.

Come sempre mangiare la pizza Da Panchi e una certezza....pizza buonissima... oggi ho preso l impasto con farina germogliata....veramente buonissima....

Pizzeria in mezzo al nulla,ambiente semplice, peccato avere 2 condizionatori e farne funzionare solo 1,anche perché il forno è a vista . Particolare strano, il servizio al tavolo self service.

01/04/2024: 30/03/2024. Spacious, clean, not noisy, much more attentive service than I'm used to. I ate tortelli with Fossa cheese, an appetizer of fried gnocchi with squacquerone and caramelized figs, zabaglione with berries, a coffee and a brandy. The brandy didn't seem "Stragecchio" to me, though, never mind.
