One of the best dinners of recent years.
Here cooking is an art and chef Alessandro leaves nothing to chance.
All truly sublime!
Metteo in the dining room then made this dinner a true journey through the flavors of the "Ad Astra" menu.
I'll be back soon because I want to try all the other options too.

We went to this restaurant after winning a Backgammon tournament and it was a real revelation! The location is worth the trip, the result of a skilful conservative restoration, which has managed to preserve valuable elements of the past by combining them with a sober modernity. We were able to choose between three tasting menus, opting for "Orto", exclusively vegetarian, which immersed us in a new, tasty and sustainable tasting experience. The quality raw materials come from the territory, a land not only of wine, but also of deep-rooted gastronomic tradition. We appreciated everything: from the first course, savory cannoli with bitter cocoa, to the spinach gnocchi stuffed with pumpkin with crescenza fondue and black cabbage, and finally the grilled artichoke on a bed of chestnuts and pomegranate. A real gem are the Soriasco apples, protagonists in multiple consistencies, of the dream dessert.
Particularly sought after are the combinations of ingredients with different temperatures and fragrances. And let's not forget the black bread: excellent.
The service is "pampering" with the prepared and attentive waiter, and, the icing on the cake, the visit to the table of the chef Alessandro, a person of exquisite skill and humility. Chapeau for his entrepreneurial courage, in a place that was certainly not "easy".
It goes without saying that I would recommend everyone to live this "experience", where even the quality/price ratio will surprise you!

The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The dishes presented in the "Ad Astra" menu are excellent, even if some may be a little spicy for palates accustomed to strong flavors and combinations. Congratulations to chef Alessandro Folli and the staff present in the room.

Il ristorante merita sicuramente una visita, ottimi i piatti presentati nel menù degustazione “Ad Astra”, anche se alcuni piatti sono un pochino spinti, diciamo per palati abituali ai sapori forti. Complimenti allo chef Alessandro Folli, ma anche allo staff presente in sala.

Prima volta in questo ristorante a pranzo per festeggiare anniversario. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ad Astra e' un ristorante adatto a chi vuol vivere un'esperienza legata alla cucina di alto livello proposta dallo chef Alessandro,una persona educatissima che ci ha chiesto pareri sui piatti del menu' degustazione "Ad Astra" che abbiamo scelto per festeggiare.
Ovviamente il gesto ci ha fatto molto piacere e denota un'umilta' non sempre scontata al giorno d'oggi,come ci ha fatto piacere il comportamento mantenuto dal resto dello staff.
Educati,puntuali,non invadenti ma precisi e simpatici e sopratutto bravi nel far senitre i clienti a proprio agio.
Auguro a tutti voi dello staff di continuare su questa strada e ancora tanti complimenti per la passione e professionalita'.

Lunch with friends in a relaxing and refined environment. Excellent welcome and attentive service. Unquestionable quality of food and cuisine. The exchange of impressions with the chef at the end of dinner was very nice. We will be back soon without a doubt!

A good culinary experience is not just about the food but also about what is around us. For this reason I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars to Astra, because in addition to having excellent cuisine, refined but very balanced, the welcome from the staff and the chef was pleasant and non-invasive. Exchanging opinions with the chef at the end of lunch and seeing that he joyfully welcomed our observations is a sign of love for cooking and research. We will definitely return, because it is a place where you feel good and feel welcomed and pampered.
The risotto with porcini mushrooms, glazed sweetbreads and onion crumble was a memorable dish.

Un ristorante meraviglioso dove ti devi affidare allo chef Alessandro e a Matteo in sala per avere una esperienza di cibo e vini/ cocktail eccezionale. Servizio impeccabile, ambiente accogliente... un ristorante che non ha nulla da invidiare a tanti stellati. Un delitto non provarlo.
